Both has carried out several projects for Nestlé. We developed their internal communication master plan, its adaptation to digital communication, as well as a comprehensive review of how to innovate their flows, channels and governance.

Strategy & Ideas

Both. People & Comms defined a strategy to improve employee engagement (eNPS), the one voice of the company and its different work centres, to upgrade its channels through a mapping of processes, uses and adherence and, finally, to make CI key in change processes.
