Since the beginning of 2020, Both People & Comms. has been the agency responsible for the creation and management of new content for the new urban mobility hub that the SEAT brand has opened in Barcelona this June. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, CASA SEAT has organised digital events while waiting to hold its first face-to-face events.

  • Creation of digital events that have helped to position CASA SEAT as the new reference space in Barcelona on mobility, sustainability, urban cultures, innovation and business.
  • Management of the speakers’ agenda with interviews with the press and digital media.
  • Use of Zoom, YouTube and Instagram platforms to disseminate the webinars.
  • Scripting of the webinars and the virtual opening video of CASA SEAT.

Output & Performance

The opening of CASA SEAT was initially planned for 23 April 2020. In March, with the Covid-19 outbreak, we were able to reinvent ourselves in record time, adapting the first planned contents to the digital sphere (such as the Virtual Rose action for Sant Jordi) and finally opening the doors in June 2020 with a record number of visitors. Even with the postponement of the opening and all the consequences of the health situation, we closed 2020 successfully in all our areas of activity:

  • 118 online, physical or hybrid events. They were attended by more than 7500 people (taking into account the auditorium’s capacity at 50%) and achieved a satisfaction rate of 98%.
  • Since its opening in June 2020, CASA SEAT has been visited by more than 51,000 people, with an average visit time of 30 minutes, thanks in part to the implementation of long-term events such as art exhibitions.
  • Events such as art exhibitions.
  • The story of CASA SEAT successfully transferred to the media, establishing itself in the public’s mindset as an emblematic space in the city.
