As part of the celebration of International Women’s Day, HP wants to run an internal campaign for its employees to show the company’s commitment to diversity, gender equality and empowering skills that will be key for the future.

Strategy & Ideas

Both. People & Comms proposes several participative actions that encourage all employees to empower and share their Power Skills and foster the connection between them in times of teleworking.

Through the proposal of training, mentoring, talk and inspirational gadgets we encourage employees to be part of the change towards a more equal world thanks to their soft skills

Output & Performance

  • Creation of the campaign image and the different communication materials: emails, gadgets, etc.
  • Proposal, management and coordination of a Talk, with a successful audience in HP, for all workers in Spain and Portugal led by Nerea Luis, who is 28 years old and has a PhD Cum Laude in Artificial Intelligence, and Helena Navarro, Managing Director of HP Southern Europe Market.
